Formwork system on magnets is convenient equipment, which makes it possible to produce reinforced concrete products of different shapes and dimensions, up to a height of 0.6 m, quickly and at the lowest possible cost. It is an excellent solution for plants that want to increase the range of products and guarantee their high quality.
Modern manufacturers offer formwork systems of different types. Standard popular models:
magnetic units + adapters;
modular boards + adapters;
magnetic boards + built-in magnets.
There is also the option of ordering a magnet formwork system according to another individual design.
Advantages of using a magnetic formwork system?
This equipment offers many advantages to the manufacturer, which is why formwork systems are in quite high demand all over the world. The main advantages include:
High production speed. As the equipment gets ready for work much faster, the whole process is speeded up.
Reduction of production costs. These tools allow you to avoid welding and regular purchases of new moulds for this purpose.
Expanding the product catalogue without costs. You can produce any type of reinforced concrete product simply by rearranging the magnets and adapters.
High quality of products. The products are made in very precise shapes and sizes.
Durable equipment. With proper operation and maintenance, it will serve for many years.
High speed and easy maintenance.
The possibility of individual design of a formwork system.
Minimum weight of tools. One person can carry out installation for production.
Magnetic formwork system design
Magnetic formwork systems have different designs, but all of them have the following tools:
Moulding table. The formwork panel is placed on it and the entire production process takes place. The table is made of high-strength steel, at least 8 mm thick.
Formwork panel. Magnets, adapters and other elements of the system are fixed on it and the whole process takes place.
Magnetic blocks. This is the main working tool. For formwork systems, magnetic neodymium blocks of different sizes are selected. Depending on the system design, they can be with or without housing.
Adapters. They are used to fix magnetic blocks to the table. By changing the adapters the equipment can be used for the production of different products.
Magnetic retainers. They are used to fix other tools.
Embedded parts. These are chamfers, rustications etc. These tools can be used to make special holes, fixings in the product, shape it, etc. For example, they can be used to make lifting loops, elements for electrical wiring, etc.
