Magnetic formwork system design

Magnetic formwork systems have different designs, but all of them have the following tools:

Moulding table. The formwork panel is placed on it and the entire production process takes place. The table is made of high-strength steel, at least 8 mm thick.

Formwork panel. Magnets, adapters and other elements of the system are fixed on it and the whole process takes place.

Magnetic blocks. This is the main working tool. For formwork systems, magnetic neodymium blocks of different sizes are selected. Depending on the system design, they can be with or without housing.
