1. Composition
It is assembled by high-performance neodymium magnetic block, spring screw connection accessories, buttons and outer metal box.
2. Working Principle
Utilizing the adhesive force of the integrated magnetic holder, it brings out a magnetic circle between the magnet and the steel mould or table to make the box magnet fixed against the side mould firmly. It’s easy to install the magnet by pushing the button. The integrated two sided srews M12 / M16 can be used to adapt special formwork constructions to the box magnet.
3. Operation Methods
- Activated Status, move the box magnet to the needed position, press the button, make it stick to the steel table completely without any impurity substance. The individual adaptor is requried to connect with your formwork.
- Release Processing, it’s easy to release the box magnet by a matched rebar. The long rebar can set the magnet free likely, taking place of the lever principle.
4. Working Temperature
Max 80℃ as a standard. Other requires are available to supply as per needs.
