Why Is The Shuttering Magnet Demagnetized?

With the continuous development of related industries, more and more companies find that after the shuttering magnet is used for a period of time, there will be obvious demagnetization phenomenon, which will cause some troubles if the mold cannot be fixed well. Some reasons for the demagnetization of a magnetic box:

1. Temperature

Most of the magnetic shuttering magnetic bases are made of sintered NdFeB permanent magnet materials. Different application conditions can choose NdFeB materials of different performance levels. It can be seen that the maximum temperature of sintered NdFeB material can reach 230 degrees, and the minimum performance material temperature is also 80 degrees.

2. Can not fit closely with the mold table

When the magnetic base of the Concrete Shuttering Magnet is in the working state, the holding surface of the bottom of the magnetic block is closely attached to the steel mold platform, and is firmly held. However, when there are foreign objects (such as concrete, iron filings, films, etc.) at the bottom of the magnetic block, which can't fit closely with the platform, the holding force will drop significantly.

3. The inner magnet body is damaged

The physical properties of sintered Ndfeb materials are hard and brittle, brittle and easy to corrode, so the magnet cannot be knocked with external force, and the coating on the surface of the magnet cannot be damaged. If the magnet inside the magnet block is broken and the body is damaged, the suction force of the magnet block will decrease.

Therefore, in the case of assembling a magnet and an iron bar into a magnetic block, the surface of the magnet should be as low as possible to the plane of the iron bar, which can effectively avoid collision, and the magnet itself also needs a certain protective layer to avoid damage to the body and corrosion.
