rubber recess are the fastest way to secure and position jack anchors and build grooves on steel formwork. magnet recess former helps lift pin anchors change position quickly and accurately. Magnetic groove formers do not require to die holes to place forming studs like rubber groove formers.

The Capstan Anchor must be installed using the correct Rubber Recess Former that holds the anchor securely in place during casting. This provides quick and secure installation and forms a recess for the shackle. Only the correct former will fit the anchor, and the load group is marked on each one. The former can be used by floating in the concrete, or by bolting through the formwork.
1) To fix the spherical head anchors to the formwork a EATHU recess former must be used. This ensures simple and secure locating of the anchor and leaves the anchor ready for the correct universal heading lifting link.
2) The rubber recess former is constant in shiape even when heated up to 120℃ or in contact with oil. It can be used several times. In order to ease the iden-tification of the load group the formers are produced in different colors. Recess formers are used with threaded plates which may be either rod a socket.
